What you’ll do:
As Maintenance Lead on our 2nd shift (approx. 2 :00 pm – 12 :00 am), you will:

• Lead and supervise a maintenance crew working on our crusher and wash plant operations.
• Partner with the Plant Manager to plan, prioritize, and execute maintenance and repair activities.
• Conduct plant walk-throughs and inspections ahead of planned work; identify and evaluate systems or equipment needing maintenance.
• Delegate tasks based on team member skills, assist with advanced troubleshooting, inspect and verify completed work.
• Track crew time, materials and resources for inventory and job‐costing.
• Support and coordinate safety meetings, ensure use of all required PPE, appropriate lock-out/tag-out procedures, and safe practices in varied weather and elevated work situations.
• Work alongside the team —flexibility and hands-on style are expected.
• Must be available up to 6 days/week as needed; be ready for variable schedules including weekends and long hours (10-12 hrs/day) during peak production.

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience leading or supervising maintenance crews (heavy equipment, plant operations ).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities—able to assess systems, determine repairs, and plan maintenance schedules.
• Excellent leadership, delegation and communication skills; able to manage workflow and priorities across a team.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team; flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Valid driver’s license; pre-employment drug test required.
• Physically able to lift 50-100 lbs; able to perform work in outdoor conditions, at heights, in all weather.
• Must observe all safety rules and wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses Z87, safety-toed boots, gloves, long pants, short/long sleeve shirt, hearing protection, ).
• Schedule: 2:00 pm-12:00 am (with seasonal/production adjustments). Willing to work 5-6 days/week, with Saturday required.
