Job Description

Your Mission

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, heavy repairs, and overhauls on high-voltage battery systems (>650V).
• Replace and test high- and low-voltage components such as fuses, contactors, and sensors.
• Carry out battery upgrades and modifications to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Conduct commissioning activities including testing, calibration, and measurement of battery parameters.
• Use diagnostic tools such as CANalyzer for parameter adjustments, software updates, and fault diagnostics.
• Support troubleshooting of battery-to-tram integration issues and ensure full system functionality.
• Prepare detailed service and diagnostic reports for maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers during warranty and service phases.

Your Profile

• Immediate availabilty
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
• Authorization to work on high-voltage systems.
• Work Safely at Heights certificate (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). German a plus
• Proven experience in field service, ideally with high-voltage or battery systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with diagnostic tools/software (e.g., CANalyzer) is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Ready and willing to travel up to 70% of the time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset.

Salary : 60-70 K euros
