We are hiring a TIG Welder to work on aerospace-grade components and precision fabrications. This role requires a strong eye for detail and the ability to produce clean, consistent welds.

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys.

• Read and interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and job specs.

• Inspect welds for quality and conformance.

• Perform basic fabrication and finishing (grinding, fitting).

• Maintain a safe and clean welding environment.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of TIG welding experience.

• Proficiency in stainless steel and aluminum welding.

• Ability to read and follow blueprints and weld symbols.

• Aerospace/industrial experience .
