We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering and have experience in the design and development of aerospace engine parts process. This role requires innovative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for advancing aerospace technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing process using NX / Unigraphics.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in existing processes and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project scheduling aligns with production timelines.
- Oversee manufacturing processes to create high-quality components.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing facility.
- Conduct mechanical testing and validation of designs to ensure performance standards are met.
- Work closely with tooling and fabrication teams to support assembly line operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in NX software.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial engineering and process engineering.
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
- Experience with vision inspection systems and industrial equipment is .
- Knowledge of assembly processes is advantageous.
- Previous factory experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively.
