We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering and have experience in the design and development of aerospace engine parts process. This role requires innovative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for advancing aerospace technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing process using NX / Unigraphics.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in existing processes and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project scheduling aligns with production timelines.
• Oversee manufacturing processes to create high-quality components.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct mechanical testing and validation of designs to ensure performance standards are met.
• Work closely with tooling and fabrication teams to support assembly line operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in NX software.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial engineering and process engineering.
• Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
• Experience with vision inspection systems and industrial equipment is .
• Knowledge of assembly processes is advantageous.
• Previous factory experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively.
