Position: Quality Inspector

Company: Industrial Tool Die & Engineering, Inc. (family-owned aerospace manufacturer)

Employment type: Full-time

Pay rate: $20 to $30 per hour

Location: Tucson, AZ 85714

Main Objective

Ensure that manufactured parts meet the strict quality standards required in the aerospace industry. This includes reviewing technical drawings, performing detailed inspections, and documenting results.

✅ Minimum Requirements

You must have proven experience in:

️ 5 years in an aerospace machine shop
5 years working with AS9102 standards (aerospace inspection protocols)
5 years using Discus and Net-Inspect software (inspection reporting tools)
Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing standards)
Ability to interpret technical drawings
️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic math and computer skills
Great attention to detail and ability to document and report inspection results

Experience operating CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines)
