Whether you're already teaching or new to education, if you're passionate about your subject and ready to share your expertise, we want to hear from you.\n\nThey have just opened a brand-new, state-of-the-art construction and engineering facilities in Luton, and are excited to welcome someone who can turn their electronic and mechanical aerospace experience into engaging lessons that launch our students' careers.\n\nThe Role:\n\nDeliver practical and theoretical sessions across Level 2 and Level 3 BTEC Aeronautical Engineering qualifications\n\nHelp students master key concepts in Aircraft Engineering, CAD, Mechanical and Electronic Systems\n\nDevelop industry-ready skills - including Maths, English, and employability\n\nStay current with industry changes, legislation, and best practice\n\nTeach and mentor students in both classroom and workshop settings\n\nThe Person:\n\nStrong industry experience in Aeronautical Engineering, especially in electronic and mechanical systems\n\nKnowledge of CAD, aircraft engineering and BTEC qualifications \n\nA passion for helping people succeed - whatever their starting point\n\nA flexible, professional approach and a commitment to staying up to date with industry developments
