Advanced Conversion Machine Operator/Setup Technician

Advanced Machine Operator needed for complex coating/slitting lines.   Successful candidate will one or more of the following:

·         Experience with master roll slitting/winding

·         Skilled in film extrusion, laminating, slitting, and handling materials on continuous rolls

·         Understand high-torque machinery, heavy roll handling via cranes

·         Maintenance of hardened steel circular blades

·         Experience with heavy industrial presses and heat-cured adhesives

Core Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain high-speed industrial slitting and laminating machinery to convert master rolls into slit rolls.

Experience:

·         2–5 years of web-fed / web tension control machine operation (slitting, rewinding, or converting in paper, film, textile, or metal industries).

·         Experience with heavy rigging/hoists

·         Experience with precision measurement tools.
