Key Responsibilities:

Constantly seek out and implement automation and control improvements.

Manage documentation for any system upgrades.

Lead in-house projects related to control system enhancements.

Provide strong technical leadership; mentor fellow technicians.

Oversee new process introductions, offering training and support.

Focus on maintenance and repair of electronic components in automation equipment.

Troubleshoot and replace electrical components as needed.

Assist in upgrading process control tools with evolving technologies.

Stay informed on the latest in control system advances.

Solid knowledge of troubleshooting in hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotics.
Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills for organization-wide interaction, especially during process upsets.

Proven leadership capabilities.

Possess or procure necessary tools immediately upon hiring.

Experience in:
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
- Servo Systems
- Variable Frequency Drives
- Human Machine Interface Controls
- Industrial Motion Controls
- Robotics
Educational Background:

Degree in Industrial Automation
-
3-5 years in automation systems
Proficiency in:
- Industrial Robot Programming
Equipment you'll operate:
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) across Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Siemens
- Industrial Robots by Fanuc and ABB
