Position Summary
The Maintenance Scheduler / Administrator is responsible for developing, organizing, and maintaining an effective multi-craft maintenance schedule within the eTPU system in coordination with the Gatekeeper. This position supports contractor scheduling, material invoicing, and ensures accurate and efficient work order documentation and closure. The role also acts as a back-up to the Maintenance Planner, handling receiving and kitting of procured materials when needed.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage the daily and weekly maintenance schedules in coordination with the Gatekeeper and Maintenance Supervisor.
· Confirm previous days’ time entries and schedule updates in SAP.
· Collect and file completed Preventive Maintenance (PM) records and closed work orders.
· Update and revise existing PMs, ensuring documentation accuracy.
· Create and process notifications, work orders, requisitions, and service entries for contractor invoices.
· Verify vendor status and approvals in PICS prior to requisitioning.
· Close Web cycles for parts and services in SAP.
· Conduct daily check-ins with Gatekeeper and Maintenance Supervisor to validate schedule progress and next-day activities.
· Generate and post daily maintenance schedules.
· Call up new PMs for the current month from SAP.
· Perform credit card reconciliation and support procurement-related administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance scheduling using scheduling software.
· Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
· Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
· Customer-focused mindset with strong results orientation and self-motivation.

· Experience in preventive maintenance programs using SAP.
· Background in storehouse operations or materials management.
