Great new opportunity for an Administrator with 1-3 years experience to work for a leading recruitment organisation, supporting the Managing Director with all professional and personal requirements.\n\nYou will be responsible for:\n\nEmail and Diary Management\nTravel Arrangements\nEvents Co-ordination\nPresentation Preparation\nAttending Meetings and Minute Taking\nResponding to Client Needs\nAttending Off-site Client Meetings\nLiaising with Internal and External StakeholdersYou will need to have:\n\nExtensive experience in Microsoft Applications\nExcellent communication skills\nOrganised with the ability to multi-task\nFull access to a car with valid driving license\nWell presented\nFirst class communication and writing ability\nAbility to deal with change in a fast paced environment \n\nThis role is hybrid with 3 days in the Oxford office and 2 days working from home. Would suit someone who can work at speed and follow tasks through to completion.
