One of our clients is seeking an Administrative Support/Associate Logistics Specialist to join their team.

This is a full time, temporary-to-hire opportunity where you will earn $19/hour. You will work Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm.

Some of your responsibilities as an Administrative Support Specialist/Associate Logistics Specialist include:

• Providing excellent customer service with timely communication
• Status monitoring
• Shipment assignment
• Carrier invoice auditing
• Carrier rate maintenance
• Carrier support functions
• Assisting in resolving customer concerns related to shipments, etc.
• Supporting other operations

To qualify, you must have a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience as well as:

• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
• Transportation experience
• Ability to learn company software
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
