Job Title: Administrative Specialist with CRM Expertise and Receptionist Duties

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks office operations and receptionist duties.
  • Utilize CRM software(e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) to organize and maintain customer data.
  • Coordinate schedules meetings and appointments.
  • Handle incoming communications including phone calls and emails and facilitate effective communication within the team.
  • Welcome and assist visitors ensuring a positive and professional reception experience.
  • Manage the front desk including answering phones directing inquiries and maintaining a tidy reception area.
  • Support the team with relevant administrative duties.
  • Supports HR department and Accounts Dept.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Immediate joinee
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in receptionist duties is a plus.
  • Age: 30 years old or above.
