Location: Flatbush (Midwood) Brooklyn, NY (Near subway)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We’re a busy and growing construction/management firm seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to help the owner juggle scheduling, logistics, billing, and data entry. If you’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and great at keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
  • Assist with project logistics and workflow tracking
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital records
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Reliability and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Notary Public is a plus (but not required)
