Location: Flatbush (Midwood) Brooklyn, NY (Near subway)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
We’re a busy and growing construction/management firm seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to help the owner juggle scheduling, logistics, billing, and data entry. If you’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and great at keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Assist with project logistics and workflow tracking
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain digital records
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Reliability and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Notary Public is a plus (but not required)
