As an Administrative Specialist , you will provide administrative support to the Dispatch Manager and operations. Filing, answering phone calls, preparing documents and all other duties assigned by management. This is a full time, in office position.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am -5pm

Pay: $25/hr.

What will you be doing?

  • Administrative support to the Dispatch Manager and operations department.
  • Filing, answering phones, preparing documents for drivers.
  • Assist with servicing clients and drive away drivers
  • Follow up with internal departments on details related to the processing of customer orders, initiating problem resolution as needed.
  • Respond to customer questions and requests via email and phone in a timely manner.
  • Must be willing and able to perform all other duties as assigned by management

What are we looking for?

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, strong Excel skills, and other general office equipment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must have one to three years of previous administrative experience
  • General knowledge of transportation and logistics is helpful.
  • Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in the logistics/transportation field .
