Develops and/or utilizes a variety of instructional strategies, techniques and delivery methods designed to meet the individual learning styles of students. Fosters a safe and civil learning environment. Informs students about course requirements, evaluation procedures, and attendance policies. Monitors, evaluates, and documents student attendance, progress and competency attainment.Required Qualifications - Associate degree in subject area and 1.5 years of civil engineering related experience OR Diploma or Certificate in subject area and 3 years of non-teaching work experience related to specific course. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with a wide variety of individuals coming from varied backgrounds.Desired Qualifications - Teaching experience.Work Schedule - Spring Semester 2027.
