Position Title: Program Manager of Economic Mobility
Reports to: Chief Program Officer
Classification: Exempt
Category: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Job Summary:
Under general direction of the Chief Program Officer and in accordance with the mission of the Ada Jenkins Center, the Director of the Economic Mobility Department will be responsible for the operational success of the Economic Mobility team at the Ada Jenkins Center. The Program Manager of Economic Mobility utilizes data from assessments and reports to improve programmatic outcomes for individuals and families pursuing economic stability. This position is solely focused on overseeing the program functions of EM. This position does not have any direct reports
Job Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or closely related field is . A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or closely related field is required.
o A minimum of five years' experience in the human services field, at least two of those years in a team management role is required.
o Ability to be in the office at minimum three days a week. • Prepare statistical and performance reports for the department and provide needed documentation for funding sources and audit.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Collaborate with the Development Department to review grant proposals and forward funding opportunities as they arise.
• Experience with the HMIS platform strongly .
• Proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications necessary.
• Must have a passion for the work of the Ada Jenkins Center, with a genuine commitment to the fulfillment of the agency's mission.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, oral and written, is but not required.
Program Oversight & Case Management Support:
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of economic mobility programs.
• Ensuring compliance with policies and best practices are followed for all programs.
• Monitor program effectiveness through data collection, feedback, and reporting.
• Assist with eligibility determination for financial assistance programs.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of resources in the community.
• As requested, represent Ada Jenkins Center in community meetings, coalitions, and events related to economic mobility.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training to team members.
Additional Expectations:• Uphold the mission and values of Ada Jenkins Center in all interactions and program delivery.• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and organization-wide initiatives.• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in service delivery.• Support fundraising events and community outreach efforts as needed.
