- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-rigor automotive or similar applications leading the full-cycle design and development of electromechanical actuators and motor systems- Drive design precision and quality by creating expert-level 3D CAD models with GD&T and applying advanced MATLAB/Simulink and CAE tools like Ansys and Abaqus for complex assemblies and analysis.- Ensure seamless cross-functional integration by collaborating closely with electrical and firmware teams to implement electronics control systems and low-level drivers.- Manage technical reliability by leading DFMEAs and executing comprehensive DVP&R and validation testing, working directly with Tier 1/2 suppliers from prototyping through production.
