Actively Hiring a Field Service Technician in Salt Lake City, UT!

Are you an experienced and driven Field Service Technician with a knack for mechanical, software, and PLC control systems? The Role:

As a Field Service Technician, you will become a technical expert on our specialized equipment, providing critical support to customers across North America.

Responsibilities:

• Calibrate, repair, upgrade, and troubleshoot sophisticated machinery.
• Commission new installations and provide customer training.
• Clearly communicate technical issues and solutions.
• Ensure service requests are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and apply it daily.
• Operate in accordance with legal, ethical, and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Trade qualification in electrical and/or mechanical disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical role.
• High-energy, hands-on approach with a strong willingness to learn.
• Strong technical skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to travel extensively across North America (5 days a week).
