Job Description

ACTEMIUM Design UK, an award-winning engineering design firm is seeking a Requirements Engineer to join our team. We offer multidiscipline design expertise, enabling us to deliver robust solutions to our customers on mission critical and strategically important projects within highly regulated industries. As part of VINCI Energies with a turnover of €14 billion, ACTEMIUM Design UK is an agile business, growing in a dynamic and sustainable manner.

The role Working on a key defence project, you will manage requirements across the full development cycle including: Requirements elicitation: Gather requirements from multiple sources and determine their applicability to a specific project Requirements definition: translating customer and user needs into clear, actionable, verifiable engineering requirements, define and document project goals Maintain context and structure: ensure requirements are complete and traceable and grouped for better organisation and clarity Verification and Validation: provide evidence based justifications to verify requirements of have been attained during the design phase and propose validation activities for subsequent manufacturing and testing phases Risk Management: Identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks related to requirements Substantiation
