Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities:

• Calculate costs of goods and services
• Track and record deliveries to customers
• Distribute invoices for sales review
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
• Perform all other office tasks

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
• Construction or AIA Billing experience a plus
• Reach out to assigned clients via phone and / or email to ensure payment of outstanding
  bills and invoices. Follow up on a regular schedule with all collection accounts / clients.
• Experience in data entry
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
