Some of your core Duties and Responsibilities:
- New Vendor account set-up
- Maintenance of vendor contact & payment address information
- Collection of W-9 forms
- Monitoring the Accounts Payable inbox
- Routing vendor invoices to the appropriate manager for approval
- Entering approved invoices into the accounting system
- Reviewing employee expense reports to ensure they comply with company guidelines
- Processing employee and vendor payments
- Preparing annual 1099 forms
Must have Qualifications/Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years in Accounts Payable role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience using web based systems a plus

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience but expected to range between $55,000 and $65,000 annually.
