Utah Housing Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Accounting Operations & Contract Analyst to join our team. This full-time position is based in West Valley City. The starting annual pay for this role is $70,000-$78,500 depending on experience.

As an Accounting Operations & Contract Analyst, you will help uphold the financial and operational integrity of the organization by managing contract compliance, overseeing procurement processes, and conducting financial analyses that support strategic decision-making. This position requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure accountability and transparency in financial operations.

This position may also be assigned related duties to support team needs and organizational goals.

Minimum education for this position includes a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of full-time, paid professional experience in accounting, finance, procurement, or contract management.
