Job DescriptionJob Description
We are seeking an Accounting Clerk- Hybrid to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping
- Track and record deliveries/ mailings
- Assist with HR functions
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Liaison between customers, agencies and the business
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
- Experience in data entry
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Can move items no more than 25 lbs.
