Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on accountant/bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting functions while supporting our efforts to optimize our ERP-driven operations. This role will cover core bookkeeping tasks as well as more advanced responsibilities, such as reconciling accounts, assisting with reporting, and coordinating system testing when process changes are made. Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus, but strong experience with any ERP system is valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily accounting transactions for both companies
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with financial reporting and audits
• Partner with management and external accountants to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Test and validate system changes to ensure smooth integration with connected platforms

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• ERP software experience required; NetSuite experience
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
