We're looking for an experienced Account & Project Manager to join our team and help keep our eCommerce clients happy, informed, and moving forward. You'll manage a portfolio of clients, making sure their projects stay on track, priorities are clear, and they're getting the most out of our team's expertise.

In this role, you’ll need to be equal parts account manager, project manager, and eCommerce consultant—while keeping a close eye on timelines and deliverables. If you’ve worked in an agency environment before, you know the drill.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who’s proactive—the kind of person who’s always pushing projects ahead, solving problems, and making sure clients feel taken care of. You don’t need to know everything, but you should know how to track down the answers by looping in the right people.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a workload of 15–20 active clients, ensuring they’re in the loop and on track.
  • Build and maintain roadmaps to help clients prioritize work and keep things moving.
  • Lead regular client calls (phone and video) to give updates, plan next steps, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Keep a close watch on billing and hours to make sure projects stay within budget and scope.
  • Act as a trusted eCommerce advisor, helping clients grow their businesses with smart strategies and best practices.
  • Bring in the right internal experts—developers, designers, SEO specialists, analysts—when deeper knowledge is needed.
  • Stay on top of all the moving pieces, keeping tasks on track and holding the team accountable for deliverables.
  • Present work and updates confidently to stakeholders of all levels, from marketing teams to executives.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role at an agency or similar setting (eCommerce experience is a big plus).
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, etc.
  • Someone who is proactive and self-motivated—you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen.
  • A creative problem-solver who doesn’t need to have all the answers, but knows how to find them.
  • Confident and clear communicator who’s comfortable presenting to stakeholders and leading conversations.
  • Highly organized and great at juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Experience managing budgets, hours, and scopes across multiple clients.
