We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Planner to join our advertising agency that specializes in serving clients in the aviation, aerospace, and defense industries. As an Account Planner, you will be responsible for developing strategic advertising and marketing plans for our clients and helping to ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients and account teams to understand business objectives, target audiences, and key messages to develop comprehensive advertising and marketing plans
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy and messaging
• Develop creative briefs that inspire and guide the creative team in developing effective advertising and marketing campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights to clients and account teams
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to ensure campaigns are executed on time and on budget
• Attend client meetings and presentations to present strategic recommendations and insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account planning or strategy development in an advertising agency setting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful advertising and marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with project management tools and processes
