We're looking for a dynamic Account Executive to take ownership of client relationships and drive sales growth across commercial interior projects. This individual will serve as the key point of contact between clients, design firms, and vendors, ensuring a seamless and consultative sales experience. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact workplace solutions that combine functionality, design, and budget sensitivity. Success in this role means becoming a trusted advisor to clients, navigating complex project needs with ease, and consistently meeting financial and project execution targets.
Responsibilities:

Lead client engagements from initial meeting through to project completion, aligning on needs, scope, and expectations.

Provide product and pricing recommendations, including value engineering and alternate sourcing options.

Prepare and present client bids, RFP responses, and pricing proposals.

Maintain deep knowledge of ancillary furniture offerings, design trends, and product alternatives across a wide price spectrum.

Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality project execution.

Build and nurture strategic relationships with designers, vendor reps, manufacturers, and local fabricators.

Manage project-related communication and documentation using internal systems.

When necessary, step in to manage project execution end-to-end, including order tracking and installation coordination.
Requirements:

3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a project-based or design-forward industry.

Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering results.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Strong project management and organizational abilities; detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have:

Experience in commercial furniture, interiors, or design.

Familiarity with ancillary and contract furniture products.

Existing network of vendor and designer relationships in the Phoenix metro area.
Salary:
$55,000–$70,000 base + commission
Location:
In-office role based in the Greater Phoenix area (Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa). Local travel may be required.
