Account and Equipment Maintenance Support Specialist - Northeast

Global leader in beverage carton manufacturing and filling equipment is looking for a hands-on Account and Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate lives in the mid-Atlantic or greater New Jersey area and has experience with paperboard beverage cartons and filling equipment. You prefer to be your own boss, scheduling site visits, and being the face of the company to the customer.

The Technical Service Representative provides technical service and support for carton customers. This includes but is not limited to; scheduled customer visits, carton and machines inspections, training customers on both carton and machine, and general advising/ assistance on all company products. You will conduct/control service activities as assigned to ensure timely customer support while meeting the goals and objectives for productivity and utilization. This position will manage the following states: Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland & Virginia.

Salary & Bonus, Company Car. Expected travel for this position is up to 80%.
