The Opportunity:

As & Access Management Architect, you will support the Information Security Access & Management (IAM) team, reporting to the Vice President – Information Security. You will work with Information Security, Technology and various Business departments to design and help implement the next of controls for a growing global financial operation. The successful candidate will be risk minded, has experience implementing a global portal, designing solutions at scale and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

The Day-to-Day:

• Design solutions to improve scalability, resiliency and maturity of the existing Fisher Investments Worker process in collaboration with IAM teams and guiding their implementation by proposing appropriate toolset
• Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to improve scalability, resiliency and maturity of the existing Fisher Investments Client management process
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, and work with Information Security, or Technology, project teams to get them implemented
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Bring industry best practices into the technology and functional architecture of target IAM platform at Fisher Investments
• Provide feedback to Information Security leadership for road mapping purposes
• Document standards, training, procedures and policies
• Coordinate and manage vendor relationships

Your Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in architecting Client Management solutions
• 7+ years experience in the field of and access management
• Technical experience in the following: & Access Management systems (Okta, Sailpoint, Azure), Salesforce CRM, Active Directory, PowerShell, Group Policy maintenance
• Strong knowledge of IT systems architecture and design principles
• Demonstrated risk assessment and mitigation expertise in IT or IS
• Preference given to experience in a regulated industry such as Finance or Healthcare
• Preference given to experience in client portal fraud detection and response
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Technology or related field required

Compensation:

• $140,000-$190,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
• Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
