Position Summary

The Academic Program Manager supports the successful delivery of academic programs by coaching and developing faculty, ensuring curriculum adherence, and promoting strong student outcomes. This role collaborates closely with academic leadership to maintain instructional quality, facilitate program improvements, and support student success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and support faculty for assigned programs.

• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to instructors.

• Conduct classroom observations and ensure instructional quality.

• Maintain accurate faculty records and monitor required certifications.

• Lead program-specific faculty meetings and promote best teaching practices.

• Support curriculum implementation and ensure assignments, assessments, and grading follow program standards.

• Assist with course scheduling and assignment planning.

• Support student retention efforts by tracking academic progress and advising students when needed.

• Contribute to program development, improvement initiatives, and onboarding for new students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; background in education or related field .

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in an educational setting.

• Supervisory or instructional leadership experience strongly .

• Knowledge of instructional methods and learning management systems.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
