Are you Immediately available? Are you looking for Temporary work? CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance covering multiple buildings.  The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical and AC commercial building maintenance. Key Duties & Responsibilities Air conditioning and Mechanical maintenance  duties Planned and reactive maintenance Extensive building services knowledge  Hours of Work & rates up to £28p/h Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm Temporary ongoing role Immediate start Covering Multiple buildings within a complex   Requirements AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2  F-Gas qualification (Essential) Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client Facing DBS certificate ( advantageous )  If you are interested or have any further enquiries please apply or email your CV to (url removed)
