Job Title: 3rd Shift Maintenance Planner (Direct Hire)
Location: Springdale, OH
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused 3rd Shift Maintenance Planner to join our team in a full-time, direct hire capacity. This role is critical in leading maintenance activities, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing operations during overnight production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant safety processes and promote efficient use of maintenance resources

• Monitor team activities to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

• Assign and inspect preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring proper completion and adherence to safety protocols

• Provide troubleshooting support to maintenance personnel and ensure work is accurately documented in the CMMS

• Analyze KPIs and address any shift-related maintenance issues

• Perform regular inspections to ensure quality and operational efficiency

• Provide performance feedback and support maintenance of SQF Systems

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and conduct regular safety observations

• Participate in plant-wide initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Prior experience in a maintenance lead or supervisory role

• Experience with controls and PLC systems (programming knowledge a plus)

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is required

• Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance practices

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS software

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
