Job DescriptionJob Description

Naztec is seeking a motivated Industrial Machine Operator and Manufacturing Workers to join our production team at our client for 3rd shift (11:30PM-7:00AM). In this role, you will be responsible for operating a specialized machine that cooks gummies in a fast-paced, warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse production setting, with a preference for individuals who have hands-on experience with cooking or food production machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor industrial machines to cook gummies to specified quality standards
• Ensure machines are running efficiently and troubleshoot any technical issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols
• Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in operating industrial machinery, particularly in food production or cooking, is highly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict production protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and handle fast-paced tasks
