3rd Assistant Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a 3rd AE to be responsible for managing all mechanical equipment to ensure the vessel has light, heat, and power.

3rd Assistant Engineer Responsibilities

• -Ensure all water levels are maintained and that the grease cups are kept full
• Manage the speed, direction, and control of the vessel
• Record data of water levels, temp or pressure, temp of equipment, and fuel consumed
• Always be aware of manual controls and override automatic controls to move equipment into operating ranges
• Assist and participate in all drills and emergency procedures
• Always assist in the loading and unloading of luggage

3rd Assistant Engineer Position Requirements

• Previous Offshore Experience
• USCG Medical
• USCG MMC
• Driver's License
• TWIC Card or TWIC Renewal Receipt
• Visa Sponsorship Not Available

3rd Assistant Engineer Requirements

• T-HUET / BOSIET / FOET
