Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on 3D Motion Designer who can bring concepts that don’t yet exist to life — visually, emotionally, and strategically. You’ll work at the intersection of design, storytelling, and emerging technology to create cinematic concept videos and informative visualizations that communicate ideas, evoke emotion, and define the future of mobility.

What You’ll Do

• Design and animate 3D concepts, environments, and product experiences from early-stage sketches to fully realized visual stories.
• Develop cinematic films that express emotion, story, and vision.
• Create informative visualization content that blends motion graphics, design, and storytelling to communicate complex ideas and strategies.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, industrial designers, strategists, and engineers to translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling experiences.
• Use cutting-edge tools and workflows to deliver high-quality, immersive visual narratives for internal and external presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute 3D motion pieces from storyboard to final render.
• Create photorealistic or stylized visuals for product, environments, and interfaces.
• Animate sequences in After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D, integrating assets from Unity or Unreal Engine when appropriate.
• Edit and composite in Premiere Pro and After Effects for polished final deliverables.
• Maintain creative consistency across multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Technical Skills

• 3D Tools: Blender, Cinema 4D
• Motion & Compositing: After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Game Engines: Unity, Unreal Engine
• Rendering: Octane, Redshift, Eevee, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, animation principles, and storytelling

Background & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in motion design, visualization, or cinematic storytelling roles
• Automotive design or future mobility visualization experience is a plus
