Position Overview:
The 3D Modeling Technician will play a key role in converting civil plans into accurate, detailed 3D models to support field operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with construction technology, solving problems, and collaborating with both office and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update 3D models from civil drawings, plans, and specifications.

• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field supervisors to ensure model accuracy.

• Prepare and troubleshoot GPS machine control data.

• Maintain organized records of project files and revisions.

• Support field teams with layout and design-related questions.

Qualifications:

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or similar software.

• Familiarity with civil construction plans and survey data.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
