Construction (Blue & White Collar)
Loughton, Essex (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Up to £35,000 + Uncapped Commission (10–40%)
About the Role We’re looking for a driven Recruiter to join our team on a temporary basis to help build a cold construction desk (blue and white collar). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven business development skills who is hungry to generate new business, re-engage lapsed clients, and establish a profitable desk in a fast-paced sector.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in sales-focused recruitment, enjoys the challenge of cold calling, and has the resilience to build long-lasting client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing a cold construction desk across both blue and white collar markets.

\n

• Proactively generating new business through cold calling, networking, and lead .

\n

• Re-engaging with lapsed clients and maximising existing relationships.

\n

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.

\n

• Meeting and exceeding agreed sales and activity targets.

\n

• Staying up to date with market trends in the construction sector.

\n

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within construction or a related sector.

\n

• Strong business development skills with a proven track record of winning new clients.

\n

• Confidence in making cold calls and overcoming objections.

\n

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.

\n

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles.

\n

• A professional, credible, and consultative approach.

\n

What’s on Offer

• \nSalary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience.

\n

• \nCommission: 10–40% of billings, uncapped, with no threshold.

\n

• \nHybrid Working: 3 days in our Loughton office, 2 days from home.
