The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the entire production process at the print facility production plant. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of production to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will work closely with other departments to drive continuous improvement and achieve production goals.
This position is full time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm CST.
We offer 4 weeks of paid on-the-job training and the hours during training will be 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules
- Manage and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of production equipment
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Supervise and support the production team to meet daily targets
- Assist in monitoring team performance and provide input to management
- Coordinate with the Director and other departments to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in preparing production reports and tracking key metrics

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of or older
- 5+ years of experience in a production supervisory role
- Supervisory and team coordination skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Proficiency in using production management software
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Reside within a commutable distance of Bridgeton, MO
- Ability to work full time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm CST.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $48,700 - $87,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
