- Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities & Expectations
- \n
- Develop machining process for parts fabrication, including fixtures, cutting tools, gages.
- Support all continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Prepare detailed work instruction (MOT's), Set-up sheets and process plans.
- Lead / ensure the lessons learned are shared and implemented.
- Recommend process improvements to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
- Must have thorough understanding of GD&T
- Advanced Engineering Software and ERP Software is .
- Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee be a US Person (US or Permanent )

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee be a US Person (US or Permanent )
- Previous manufacturing experience related to mechanical components for aerospace
- 3 to 5 years' experience with sheet metal fabrications and welding required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering field highly
- Work onsite, in the office, sitting for up to 8 hours at a time.
- Expert ability to read and interpret aerospace drawings, specifications, and customer requirements, including contracts
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills within a production environment
- The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, deadline critical production environment
- Ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
- Utilization of Microsoft Office applications including Teams and other
- Possess a high degree of initiative and be self-motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision.
