Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced CNC I.D./O.D. Grinder / Manual Grinder to support precision manufacturing operations. In this role, you will set up and operate grinding equipment to produce components that meet detailed specifications, tolerances, and quality standards. You will work from technical documentation and follow established processes to ensure consistent production and compliance with quality requirements. This position requires strong attention to detail, inspection skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented manufacturing environment.Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual grinding machines according to job travelers, tooling instructions, and standard charts
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications including dimensions and tolerances
• Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and fixed gauges
• Operate bench grinders to sharpen tools as needed
• Identify and report defective parts and complete required documentation
• Maintain accurate production records

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of grinding experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with GD&T and SPC
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
