Overview:

PFL Services is looking for Machine Operators in the High Point, NC area. 2nd shift position

Responsibilities:

• Expected to take initiative & be proactive.
• Able to read & understand shop orders.
• Production schedules & follow written or verbal instructions.
• Meet & exceed the expectations (safety, quality, & productivity).
• Identify & seperate nonconforming parts (defective).
• Report issues to maintenance as needed and make supervisor aware.
• Must follow all safety rules & regulations, housekeeping (5S) throughout and end of shift.
• Must be punctual.
• Operators are responsible for part quality inspections.
• Reporting issues to team leader or supervisor.
• Reading shop orders to ensure that the right amount & size frames.
• Performing crowbar test after every tip change to ensure quality standards.
• Adjusting fixtures properly.
• All other duties as required.

Job Location: High Point, NC

Shifts:

• 2nd shift: 2:45pm to 11:30pm Monday through Friday (overtime available)
