Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (2nd Shift)
Long-Term Contract | Up to $18.50/hour based on experience

What you’ll be doing each day
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for identification accuracy and visible damage
• Process and confirm shipping and receiving documentation for internal and external customers
• Validate Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for regulated chemical shipments
• Maintain inventory levels of shipping and receiving supplies
• Support quality control and export-control documentation workflows
• Enter shipment data accurately into warehouse systems
• Assist with general warehouse support activities as needed

• 1–2 years of logistics, shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience
• Comfort working on a computer and performing consistent data entry
• Ability to type and navigate warehouse systems confidently
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing documentation and materials
• Reliable attendance and a steady, team-first mindset
• Interest in working in a structured, compliance-focused environment
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer and software skills required
• Experience supporting shipping, quality control, or export-control documentation
• Clear background required
• Must pass a drug screen
