Job Description

Morgan Hunt are working with a public sector organisation to recruit a 2nd line support engineer on a 6-month contract. The role will be fully office based, 5 days per week, covering sites in Falkirk, Edinburgh, Fife and Paisley. The role requires someone with a driving license and their own vehicle (mileage will be provided). The company works with a Microsoft tech stack, so experience with these technologies will be essential.

Responsibilities:

• Key point of contact for 2nd line support
• Ticket resolution
• Providing technical support for software, hardware and networking issues
• Act as an escalation point of junior staff members

Essential Skills:

• Strong problem solving skills
• Communication with stakeholders and customers
• Experience with Microsoft tech stack

6-month contract

200 per day Inside IR35 (Flexible on rate)

5 days on site across various offices (Falkirk, Edinburgh, Paisley, Fife)
