Job Description

With consistent growth, our client has created an exciting opportunity for a Autocad Engineer to join their growing design team based in South Manchester\nRole & Responsibilities:\n * \n Generating detailed 2D/3D general arrangement and fabrication drawings from quotations using the company’s build specification and components data sheets..\n * \n Creating detailed raw material and parts list using Microsoft Excel\n * \n Ensuring project traceability is maintained via drawing registers, customer approval records and\n parts/servicing list.\n * \n Working on multiple projects at one time.\n * \n Working closely with suppliers and fabricators.\n Knowledge and Skills Required:\n The ideal candidate will require the following skills and experience.\n * \n Experience of design in a similar industry or structural engineering.\n * \n Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D (Primary software).\n * \n Knowledge of design, engineering and AutoCAD standards.\n * \n Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Specifically Microsoft Excel.\n * \n Clean driving licence (some points acceptable)\n * \n Hands-on experience and knowledge of manufacture process is advantage
