2025 Summer Civil Engineer Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic interns with strong technical skills and a genuine interest in land development, transportation, or water resources.

As a civil engineering at BKF, you will have the chance to work alongside experienced engineers on a variety of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Geometric calculations and plotting (cross-sections, profiles, etc.)

Routine hydraulics calculations

Site grading calculations and plotting

Computer and CAD systems usage

Research/data collection from public agencies

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in B.S. Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET accredited curriculum or equivalent plus appropriate continuing education

1-2 years of specific civil engineering classes and/or other related experience

Must have strong communication skills and be team-oriented
