• Annahme und Lösung von Anfragen der Anwender
• Ggf. Weiterleitung dieser Anfragen an 3rd-Level Support
• Dokumentation der Anfragen und Vorfälle im Service Management Tool
• Erstellung von Dokumentationen / Handouts
• Durchführungen von Schulungen

Ihr Profil

• Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Windows 10 und den Office-Applikationen
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Ticketsystem
• Eine serviceorientierte und strukturierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
• Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
• Kaufmännische / buchhalterische Kenntnisse erwünscht
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit mit freundlichem Auftreten
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
