Overview
We’re looking for hands-on Production Workers who take pride in building high-quality products that support critical infrastructure across the country.
- Competitive pay of $21 / hr starting
- 1st shift job, from 6am - 5pm

Responsibilities
- Operate Heavy Machinery & Tools – Set up and operate basic machine tools and equipment used in the precast concrete production process. Follow all safety protocols and perform pre-use inspections.
- Follow Work Instructions – Read and interpret detailed work instructions, blueprints, and production drawings. Execute tasks accurately and consistently to meet quality standards.
- Support Production Across Departments – Be flexible and cross-trained in at least two areas of the production process. Support wherever needed to keep production running efficiently.
- Move Materials & Products – Load and unload raw materials, concrete forms, and finished goods using manual effort, hoists, or mobile equipment such as forklifts or cranes.
- Inspect for Quality – Visually examine and measure finished products to ensure they meet dimensional and quality specifications.
- Maintain a Clean & Safe Workspace – Follow 5S housekeeping principles and all safety procedures to keep your work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Improve & Collaborate – Communicate with team leads and quality personnel to identify and resolve process issues, helping drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
- Physical Stamina: Able to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally, 40 lbs frequently, and stand for long periods of time.
- Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented, with a willingness to learn multiple processes.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and reading blueprints or instructions.
- Safety First Mindset: Strong awareness of safe work practices and commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
- Problem Solving: Able to spot quality issues or process inefficiencies and take initiative to address them.
- Education: High school diploma or GED .
