Electrical Assembly Technician (Direct Hire)
Location: Greenville, SC
Compensation: $28/hr per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you’ll play a critical role in assembling and wiring complex machinery and electrical panels. Your day-to-day will include:

Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Building and wiring electrical control panels from start to finish, including layout, component mounting, and wiring to specification.

Installing and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLC-controlled machines and systems.

Using multimeters and diagnostic tools to verify proper operation and ensure quality.

Completing and maintaining detailed test documentation, including acceptance and inspection reports.

Supporting machine installation with actuator, sensor, and control system integration.

Identifying and resolving wiring and assembly issues in a timely, efficient manner.

Contributing to continuous improvement efforts and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
What We're Looking For:

Strong experience with panel building and electrical wiring.

Hands-on knowledge of Allen-Bradley systems (PLCs, HMIs, I/O).

Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics.

5+ years of experience as an electrical assembler, or a 2-year technical degree strongly .

Proficiency with hand and power tools; familiarity with UL508A standards a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

Familiarity with sensor technology, control, and regulation systems is a plus.
