Are you precise, dependable, and ready to bring products to life? We’re looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join our team in the Park 100 area of northwest Indianapolis. In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce high-quality parts that meet exact specifications.
Location: Park 100 – Northwest Indianapolis
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $20/hour
Work Environment: Manufacturing facility
Job Summary:
As a CNC Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for running and maintaining CNC equipment to ensure consistent and accurate production. You’ll work with technical drawings, measure finished parts, and perform quality checks to make sure products meet company and customer standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or similar equipment) according to work orders and blueprints
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations throughout the production cycle
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions and quality
• Perform routine machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets as needed
• Identify and report any mechanical or quality issues to supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Document production data, inspections, and completed work accurately
• Assist with basic preventative maintenance on equipment
• Support team goals and perform additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

• Previous CNC machine operating experience required (1+ years )
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Commitment to safety, quality, and reliable attendance
