As a Battery Technician, you’ll work under supervision to disassemble, test, repair, and refurbish EV battery packs. Training provided—no prior experience required!Key Responsibilities:

• Disassemble batteries and replace defective parts
• Test battery performance and diagnose issues
• Follow strict safety protocols (PPE required)
• Package batteries for shipping
• Maintain quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• Steel-toe boots (required on Day 1)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (team lift for heavier items)
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Pass background check and drug screening

Work Environment:
